The SN74HC03DR is a Quadruple 2-input Positive-Nand gate with Open-Drain outputs. The SN74HC03DR contains four independent 2-input NAND gates. It performs the Boolean function Y= A×B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The open-drain outputs require pullup resistors to perform correctly.
