Product Summary

The SN74LS19ADR is a Schmitt-trigger positive-NAND gate and inverter with totem-pole outputs. Each circuit functions as a NAND gate or inverter, but because of the Schmitt action, it has different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and for negative-going (VT-) signals. The hysteresis or backlash, which is the difference between the two threshold levels (VT+ -VT-), is typically 800 millivolts. The SN74LS19ADR is temperature-compensated and can be triggered from the slowest of input ramps and still give clean, jitter-free output signals.

Parametrics

SN74LS19ADR absolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply voltage, VCC: 7V; (2)Input voltage: 7V; (3)Operating free-air temperature range: 0℃ to 70℃; (4)Storage temperature range: -65℃ to 150℃.

Features

SN74LS19ADR features: (1) Functionally and Mechanically identical to ’LS13, ’LS14, and ’LS132, respectively; (2) Improved Line-receiving Characteristics; (3) P-N-P inputs reduce system loading; (4)excellent noise immunity with typical hysteresis of 0.8V.
