Product Summary

The DTC143ZMT2L is a digital transistor with built-in resistors. The bias resistor consists of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. The DTC143ZMT2L also has the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.
